And With June We End – Edit 6/15

Master Save Archive 6/15/26

Edit- 6/15- And that’s a wrap. This has a few h game updates, Hunai Road(the other fantranslated Minatosoft vn), a gameboy color game, Absolum(no updates), and two of the OshiTuber vns as well that never made it to the site as bonus.

Blog is closing up on the 25th, the final update will be the 15th unless I’m like a day or two from finishing something.

Like I’ve said a few times, I’ll keep updating the master save archive on mediafire with everything I finish. Everything else is going down. If you want to get something specific, go to reddit for Jikorde or jikidian10 on Steam. The ecchi curator thing(Softcore Gaming) on Steam will be continued to be updated.

Most things this month will be short as I rap up what few things I can finish in 2 weeks.

I could write a rap up here, but I don’t really feel like it. I am looking forward to not having this weird pressure to only play 18+ adjacent stuff all the time, even though I know I’m not going to stop. All content creators have this weird sense of if I’m not making content I’m wasting my time and I’ve had that for years.

6/3- Added two ecchi, updated the PS2 saves for the first time in two years.

6/8- Updated 1 h game, 1 new h game added, and 1 ecchi updated. It is likely the next update will be the last with new individual saves.

Edit 6/11- 1 ecchi, 1 h game, 1 VN set saves. This is the finla update other then the Master Archive update on the 15th. That should have two nukige saves and an ecchi save as new and that’s it.

VN-

Lewd Life with my Doggy Wife– It combines isekai with the kicked out of the party but was actually the best trope. Not sure why the dog girl isn’t also reincarnated for max tropes. Anyway, it’s romantic nukige junk food.

Taboo Spell: Busty Teacher II– This really isn’t a VN but it fits here better then anywhere else. It’s a movie with a few interaction buttons on the level of a VN, each segment needs to be seen to be used in the make a movie mode. Made by Umemaro 3D, who’s stuff I’ve seen floating around for years. It’s impressive.

I tossed it into the Vn grouping as it’s not a game. I’m not making a new folder for it and gameplay wise it’s really not any different then a short visual novel. It’s just animated instead.

Edit- 6/11- Amanatsu and Amanatsu+– These were okay. Common route was mostly better then the routes as the girls became far to similar to each other as the story progressed with them. I have to hope Amakano is way better then these were with how hyped I see that series. These were 6 or 7 out of 10’s for moege. Solid, but not things I’d really recommend.

18+ Games-

Edit 6/8- Cabin by the Lake updated to V.59d. It’s missing a text because something is broken, just unlock it via menu commands.

Buried Pillars– Short, smallstack filled metroidvania. Very parry focused, was a decent time.

Edit 6/11- Sloppy Field V.6.0.2– A clicker themed around animal husbandry and monster girls. Not much to say, the pixel art style is great I guess?

Ecchi-

Mega Man X DiVE Offline– The only Megaman that could be considered ecchi really at all. It’s a offline port of the Dive mobile game. To bring up sales during the running of the online version they tossed in every female character they could(you know, the like 4 recognizable ones and a bunch of one offs) as playable, and tossed in swimsuit and bridal skins as well. Only like 4 of the girls are what I’d call sexy, Layer(Megaman X8), Marino(Command Misson), Ferham(Command Mission), and the original Eratoir.

It’s not a good game. To be a gacha game it tossed basically every Megaman mechanic that makes the series fun like boss weaknesses and movement upgrades. Instead it’s a lot of enemy arenas and the RPG mechanics render combat way to swingy.

Save has all story levels in normal and challenge mode unlocked, all characters, weapons, powers and cards unlocked. Maxing everything or doing the tower mode are pointless in my eyes. That’s grinding for the sake of it. Should have enough resources to max at least 1 weapon or character I didn’t.

Edit- 6/3= Party Girls + Paparazzi(Both PS2,PAL)– These are both part of what is known in Japan as the Simple series, a budget series of games sold for cheap. A couple of them are pervy things like these, though they aren’t very good. Party Girls is a minigame collection with some very unfair stuff, and Paparazzi is a picture taker type where you kind of do a dating sim esque thing to get all the girls outfits. You can use a code to unlock everything in Paparazzi so I did. I considered trying to rush the other games, but Demolition Girl plays terribly and requires playing the whole game 7 times while the fan translated one is a mahjong game and I kind of hate mahjong.

Edit 6/8- Dawn Break updated for it’s first major updated. The new latex suit + stockings is great, best combination in the game for me.

Edit 6/11- Rusty Seas– Beach with animal girls themed … I guess it’s a beat’em up collectathon. Fun, plenty of cool things to find, and the picture taking mechanic means there’s lots of slightly and decently pervy images. Really glad I found this.

May’s A Time Edit 5/28

Master Save Archive 5/15/26– 2 Ecchi, 7 h game updates or partial saves, and 3 Vn saves are new.

Finally reached a good upload point in my games. Kidney stone’s suck, lost like 5 days to that.

Anyway, no theme this time. I looked at when I bought my domain and updated the site, it was in late June. I don’t have any intention of doing it again, so I think I’ll be bringing the site down June 25th. I’ll keep updating the Mediafire save for my entire collection for a while, and I can be reached on Steam(jikidian10) or reddit(jikorde) for saves or links. It’s just not worth keeping this site up.

Beyond that, it’ll be business as usual for the next month and some. I’ll be focusing on things I can finish with the time left, so h games will probably mostly be updates to older stuff, and other games will be medium length or shorter.

Edit 5/11- 1 h game updated, 1 nukige finished, 1 ecchi done.

Edit 5/15- 2 h games updated, 1 VN. Saves will be up later today, for now just status update and Save Archive update.

Edit 5/20- Just a VN.

Edit- 5/28- 1 h game update + 1 ecchi

VN

Current- Amanatsu and its fandisc(Kazuha fandisc started, so literally halfway done) and for nukige, Norn’s Doggy Wife since I wanted something short and simple.

Making Lovers: First Blush– A kind of sequel to Making Lovers from Smee that they stated would focus on the dating and become lovers bit of the story. It doesn’t. 3 of the 4 girls are already head over heals for the male lead by the time they start dating, the other one falls in love the next day. This needed to calm the pacing a lot. Honestly this concept would work far better as a charage with spending far more time in the getting to know each other phase. Like just make the Sengoku period or old noble society version of this and have them marry then grow closer would work far better.

Ignoring that, it’s a comedy. Hatsuho and Yue are hilarious, Sakurako is childhood friend taken to basically mind reader making her even more bland(and is the only character without a supporting character with art in her route), and Kouta is more a study in balancing a relationship and is probably the most serious of the four stories. Yue’s is the truest to the theme though. if only her h scenes weren’t just escalating through gyaru tropes. They really ruin her good character moments by begin so extreme.

Anyway, rankings. Yue, Hatsuho, Kouta, Sakurako. This is an easy read one and drop type story, and honestly? Making Lovers 1 is better. This is funnier.

Edit 5/11- LoveJuiced! ~Hi Gamer, Meet Neighbor~ – A quirky nukige from Atelier Kaguya. A chat group turns out to be 1 guy and 3 hot women all living in the same building, with the guy having a crush on the fourth friend of those 3 girls. The crush is basically a story bit to delay the girls making moves on him, as all 4 basically start at love and are basically trying to seduce the dude from the unknown love interest he has.

Really the most interesting bits of this nukige are the amount of routes where the majority of h scenes are done because of some aphrodisiac food item and each girl having 2 routes. If you do the harem route conditions but then step off the harem path, then go finish an individual girl you get her alt route after her standard start dating stuff. There’s no reason for the content of the route to change and there’s no common thread to the different routes. They just sleep together in different ways for some reason.

Overall it was nice and simple. The mock animations where interesting and this was one of the first nukige I’ve played where bukkake was actually full body covering.

Edit 5/15- Karigurashi Ren’ai ~Living on Borrowed Love~

Asa project is a messy company for me. I tend to be very hate or love with their stuff, and I think I end up skipping more of their heroines then I read. Of the 6 in this one, I read 3. I love the concept, the house switching is an interesting way to keep the setting moving without any real drama stuff happening and the personalities are fun, except Maru. I hate her. Anyway, the common route was mostly great. Hiyori’s route was super fun, my favorite by far and might be my favorite Asa Project route I’ve read. It was really comfy.

The rest of the routes though… I skipped Ayaka and Maru as I wanted Maru on screen as little as possible. I skipped the older sister type about 20 minutes into her route when it was obvious the lazy part of her character wasn’t going to be worked on at all. I actively find lazy heroines annoying. That left Rito and Nanaka. Rito is okay, though her route skips the house switching of the others for newlywed style living. Her h scenes were bad, but the route itself was okay if kinda boring. Nanaka is a side heroine so it was mostly jokes, it was fine.

Edit- 5/20- Nyo-Nin-Jima

A simple wish fulfillment nukige. Guy saves an old man, narrowly missing either’s isekai truck. The old man happens to be some women savior, having gotten a bunch of women who had tough lives to an island he owned. The protag is a washed up nearly dead business man who’s fired for missing a shift saving the old guy.

Old guy gives the protag the chance to go to the women only island and “give them happiness” aka administrator and child seed giver. For no real reason protag is a nukige protag and can make the entire island happy. I’m not going into the idea of this abuse victim island being filled with super horny girls being okay with public lewd acts.

So yeah, it’s mindless and simple.

18+ Game

Current- A 3d model FMV game and then either Fighting for their Fur or No Socks.

Updated Fuckerman series up to Street

Rule Universe V.6– A dragonball Z parody with more original characters then I expected. Most of the aliens and space characters are I think original or one shot characters, though you do spend plenty of time with Chi Chi and Bulma and such. It’s mostly a linear vn with some combat and then shifts into the standard dating sim esque raise love and lust to get scenes from a list. No gallery, so the save is just for all the ala carte scenes the girls have.

Edit 5/11- Updated Back Again to V.16.

Edit- 5/15- Updated Sex Note(which I thought was dead) to V.25. It’s missing a scene in the gallery that I’m not sure if it’s actually unlockable. Also Harem Party Adventures to V.32

Edit 5/28- Monster Girl Hunt updated to V.3.31

Ecchi

Current- Megaman X Dive Offline(goal is just to unlock everything, not 100%. The ladder stages are just grinding for the sake of it. Just half of story mode and buying stuff left) + ???(I have like two weeks or so left to really finish anything, there’s not much I can do in the like 20-30 total hours that gives me)

Dawn Break– Korean solo project, third person shooter with a decent amount of clothing and body morphing. It tries and overall it’s not bad, though definitely rough around the edges. If you just want a hot girl gunning down zombies in a China Dress, this works wonders. If you want a story, look elsewhere.

Edit- 5/11- Bunny Garden 2– Basically double the original game. 3 more girls, more events, dlc costumes, more minigames, more cgs, a second vacation event, 4 bad ends and more. It also references basically every other ecchi game qureate has made, especially Fantasista.

I kind of hope they don’t just add 3 more girls to a Bunny Garden 3. I’d rather they go to a different store with a different theme and just have two or so of the original girls show up with a mostly new cast. Really though, I just don’t want a longer version of this. The 3 new girls were fine, they actually had arcs and more in your face personalities. The 3 originals though were always kind of bland.

Anyway, it’s more. If you just want ecchi though, Merry Bunny Garden has more. If you want a really long moege that ends with dating, this is it. The magnum opus of fluff.

Edit 5/28- One Potion Please– A kinky body transformation focused version of Paper’s Please. You have a set of conditions to give each adventurer costumer a different body transformation potion that ramps up conditions and amounts as the game progresses. Best part was the effects of what you were doing as the nearby town had to basically transform itself to deal with the lingering effects of the potions you were selling. There was just an amusing amount of detail on the background. The actual story as you had a reoccurring set of costumers each enjoying different silly antics like finding a magic bra that makes you infinitely horny but invincible, a book that turns girls into clowns used to swap out other ill gained personality traits, turning herself into a slime to do slime research and so on.

In general it was funny and fun enough.

April Brings Things Back to Life Edit- 4/30

Master Save Archive 4/22/26 Spreadsheet is now included in the archive. There’s two reasons for this. One I don’t want to rely on a 3rd party to keep the spreadsheet up with age verification stuff popping up everywhere. Two, I was basically keeping two separate spreadsheets updated for no real good reason.

Edit- 4/22- I didn’t write this anywhere else, but Majikoi S and the A’s are now in the save archive. Majikoi is probably the most frustrating to 100% visual novel due to the closing comment scenes. We are talking 100+ scenes that play at random when you close the program, many only happening on specific dates. So I finally grabbed saves from Sagaoz for the series, I just don’t have the patients to do it myself.

Edit 4/25- I messed up the link it’s good now.

Edit 4/30– Status report. I had a kidney stone for the last five days of April, so everything is behind. The first post of May will have 3 or 4 saves as basically everything will finish on top of each other. So still alive, just behind.

Just a note, if the site ever goes down I’ll probably keep updating the Master Archive on mediafire.I’ll also be updated it on the 15th of next month, no more random Wednesdays.

So originally I wanted to do a revival theme. Like spring, back to life, I thought it’d work. Then I sat back and actually looked at my options and man did I not have nearly enough of what I wanted.

So I started with literal back to life, so resurrection isekai or vampire/zombie back to life stuff. Heroine or protag, either would work. I think Holy Undead was one of the only options? There’s a couple of zombie and vampire heroines in the VN world but basically none of them are turned into those as part of the story. Even Dracu Riot doesn’t have the protagonist dying and becoming a vampire, his transformation was less life threatening then I expected. As for isekai, summoning is actually the most common VN way to get isekaied + almost all of them are nukige.

So I was going to go back to just undead but that felt bland. Had no inspiration to it, so I’m going to instead use revive in the most abstract ways I can. Reviving old projects, revival in stories and so on. I’m basically abstracting it to be dumb.

That’s the intent, but in reality I’m basically doing like a project for each slot then moving onto new releases. Bunny Garden 2 and Making Lovers First Blush are must plays for me, to the point I’ll drop things to get to them.

The break below is me testing something with site stats.

Edits-

4/7- Eternal Romance Complete Edition

4/9- DRACU RIOT

4/15- Updated Naughty House, Kingdom of Passion, and Zombie Retreat 2. Also uploaded Senran Kagura Re;Newal and Witch on a Holy Night.

[Sure I guess it counts as Ecchi]Legend of Heroes: Trails beyond the Horizon

Took a whole month, but I finished it. It was a treat, mostly. As with all the games in this series I’m mostly going to just free write this post with my opinions and thoughts on stuff. I’m not going to go spoiler heavy so don’t expect much on the cliffhanger, though there’s a lot of fun discussions to be had about that and how the next game is going to start. Cold Steel 1’s cliffhanger is bland compared to this one, though Cold Steel 3’s is similar. I like this one’s more though.

March Time Edit 3/23

Master Save Archive 3/18/26 Spreadsheet is now included in the archive. There’s two reasons for this. One I don’t want to rely on a 3rd party to keep the spreadsheet up with age verification stuff popping up everywhere. Two, I was basically keeping two separate spreadsheets updated for no real good reason.

Can’t think of a witty title, March’s theme is going to be women only. Basically I have a buildup of shoujo ai, yuri, and futa stuff I wanted an excuse to go through so that’s what I’ll do. The only exception is stuff from last month continuing in, and maybe Dracu Riot once I finish something else.

I’ll probably avoid anything massive for a bit. Trails took me 75 hours and that was all of February. Adding the misc. time I played other thing, I think I only get around 120 hours of game a month That’s a lot compared to some people, but also nothing compared to others. 20-40 hour’s is a much better length right now.

Edit 3/16- Finished basically the entire was reading VN list and an h game in the same 3 day period. So throwing it all up finally. I think I’ll do undead as a theme for April and read Dracu Riot then.

So a bit of a rant, I really want a moege yuri game. They just don’t really exist. By that I mean I want something like Mermaid’s Serenade, IxShe Tell or Sanoba Witch. Romantic comedy with some drama with 3-5 heroine routes. I can’t really think of any yuri title that really fits into that. Either it’s an ensemble cast where everyone pairs off, it’s drama heavy and romance light like with the Nurse Love series, it’s mystery/action like with Aoishiro and it’s sister game, or it’s short single heroine stuff. There’s probably some English original that mostly fits, but then the artsyle and voice acting and writing style can be issues. Basically I’m being weirdly picky about this.

18+

Current- Eternal Romance is another futa RPG looking thing. It’s a beat’em up kind of thing, like 1/3 done I think?

Aisha’s Futa Diaries– Way more toy scenes then I expected. Way more h scenes in general. Combat was standard fair, though kind of bland. The progression though… Each made toy is a different equippable that gives a random stat spread and a skill. You do not level and the skills aren’t specifically stronger then each other. So it’s more options with vaguely stronger enemies in each area. Only the gold special enemies are worth fighting as drops are all that matter, and gold enemies have guaranteed drops. Generally this hit basically everything I expect from a futa game, massive sizes and weird insertion things. Voices were a surprise. It’s basically a nukige with busy work.

Ecchi-

Current- Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newel- It mostly fits the theme, and I intended to do this before I fixed some issues that were stopping me from playing Kotama. I’m skipping the story so how long this’ll take is down to gameplay alone. Thankfully Re;Burst shares it’s unlock style with Estival and Shinovi, so just beat the game and buy out the shops. Starting it up, there’s no real reason to play Burst at all. This looks better and is honestly a far better game gameplay wise then basically any of the other ones.

Fantasista Asuka– qureate soccer sim with a focus on sweaty women and taking shirts off. It’s standard qureate affirm, a playable game with plenty of perv content but little reason to play for anything else.

Legend of Heroes: Trails beyond the Horizon– Easily top 3 of the Trails game’s I’ve played. It takes a lot of somewhat older game mechanics and has basically fused it all together to the best system to date. Story was slow in places but with the way it ended the next entry better be intense, it has a lot of ground to cover. It is nice not having to be worried about getting spoiled for once. I found it disappointing that Rixia doesn’t get the bunny girl dlc outfit, I would’ve spent to get that if only to screenshot it after I beat the game.

Edit 3/23- Kotama and the Academy Citadel– Update didn’t add anything I needed to do, so it’s good. Anyway, it’s a time based metriodavania, in the plot sense though plenty of sidequests use time as well.

Every new room ticks away from your hours currency basically. This affects enemy spawns in that room to some degree and apparently if empty(22 hours is out of time) things do more damage, you get bonuses from some bosses for fighting them at this stage. Plenty of sidequests care about which hour you are on, so you path from the movable hub which can reset time to a sidequest and if you can’t make it in the number of rooms versus how many time slots you have, you either find a different path or get more time upgrades. It’s an odd system though via plot connected.

Beyond that, it’s a parry heavy metroidvania. Plot is basically the girl you play as some transfers into this weird school and wants to be the president to change a rule, though what rule isn’t really brought up. This leads her to dealing with all the issues in the school and along the way you notice all the weird time nonsense. It’s hard to miss the fact you are moving around within the same day and that loops are involved.

It’s a very smooth game. You can get three weapons with decent gameplay differences, a slot in chip upgrade system, weapon upgrades, a break system that heals you, and a decent amount of other game goals. It lacks a cg gallery though, meaning the save is only good for having the final difficulty unlocked and looking at the full map and playing the ending. I did everything I’m pretty sure.

VN-

Current- Pero Pero Princess as the final Orcsoft title to complete(only other ones I’m aware of that are coming out all all NTR types so I’m skipping reading those, I’ll probably do the saves?). + Dracu Riot as I’m moving on from March’s theme a few days early.

Orcsoft Update– Yariman was fine, it’s probably a good example of the core of what I like about Orcsoft. Porn Princess would have been better if I wasn’t annoyed at tsundere’s right now.

LipTrip ~My Boss is My Heat Suppressant~– Short omegaverse thing. I wanted to try something in the setting, and this feels like a quick jog through some common tropes and then ends. Not long enough to really give me a proper impression. A good example of a checklist style project where it hits the most important beats and nothing else.

OshiRabu ~Love or Die~ – Realized I had this sitting on my computer for a few years now, finally read it. It was less annoying then I expected, but the stan character archetype is not one I’m super fond of. It was better then LipTrip as a yuri read(same company), more romance focused and generally happier.

Maiden’s Serenade– romance comedy with a few to many h scenes. Hard to take an emotional scene seriously if right after the heroine is walking through town pantyless for a quickie in an alley as her actual epilogue. Karen’s route is literally just h scene setups up until her final drama point. Generally I found the comedy to hit though I think they should have used the mermaid thing a bit more, 3 of the heroines have claim to the title for the town and I think it would have been nice to have each heroine to deserve the title in a different way. I rate this fairly well, 7 or 8 out of ten in homey nice reads.

Edit- 3/23- Yumeustustu Re;Master + After– an all ages(mostly, it has some ecchi) yuri Vn focused on small scale game development. It’s probably the VN set in that space, going over a lot of different issues and types of people you deal with when passion and eaking by side by side. If I needed to offer a visual novel about making a visual novel, I’d go with this one.

As for the actual story, it’s country girl with no valid skills getting a job in a game company to help her estranged sister, who basically cut all contact 3 years prior. This is tied to the true route and honestly most of the time spent on this side of the story wasn’t very fun. Pure rejection and annoyance at best weren’t completing and it makes the early parts of the read crawl. Once the entire core cast is assembled and introduced it falls into something like a slice of life story about the jobs and such of the cast. The writer, the artist, the receptionist and the director. Each with their own route. Writer is the best route, no question. Artist was odd but okay, receptionist’s route belonged in a different game entirely, and director is a drug trip attached to the rest of the story. Writer had character development for the whole cast and probably the strongest actual romance of the four routes. I also loved the after story in the fandisc. If I ever reread anything out of this game, it’ll be the writer’s route. It hit the care giver and the creative romance structure perfectly for me.

Generally I liked the writing style. The weird sentence fragment statements the player heroine makes all the time just made me smile. I do wish her being useless wasn’t mentioned as much, I got it the first time that her skills are very lacking. You basically play a moeblob type girl, the cheerleader who forms the heart and not much else of a party. Her only other personality trait is horny once she falls for someone, the rest of her traits change a bit per route as the writer uses her for something else.

Anyway, I enjoyed most of this. I had a bit of a hard time getting into it, but the writer’s route flipped this from okay at best to something I’ll probably look fondly on from now on.

[Ecchi]Fantasista Asuka

qureate announced this like 2 years ago, I thought it was dead but then boom, it came out.

It’s a soccer sim with plenty of shirt off and cleavage shot fanservice. Focus seems to be one sporty and sweaty girls.

I’m going to stick with calling it soccer. It’s shorter then football.

February is for doing your love Edit- 2/24

I don’t now why I’m trying to pun the titles of these. I don’t even like puns all that much…

Anyway, February ended up as a clean up month for me. Lots of things coming out or have come out and instead of backlog hunting, I decided to try and catch up. March will be what I originally wanted February to be.

Edit 2/24- Final Update of February. Horizon is looking to be finished either right around March, so the March post will go up with that save. As for other stuff, I’ve been starting and dropping side projects all month. Even started a new Vn cause I wanted a break from Trails only to go right back into Trials the next day.

March itself is still up in the air for what I want to do with it. I want to go back to theming, but I’m still pretty behind and nothing I want to play is consistent with each other. I’m leaning yuri month but with the Orcsoft vns still going on the side. Game wise I would have a few choices though nothing I’m huge on actually playing. We’ll see I guess.

18+-

Current- Kaiju Princess 2 and Demon Hand is getting slowly moved through. And I mean slowly.

Sexy Mystic Survivors– The first survivor style game I played. Still can’t really tell if that was a good idea or not. It’s kind of unfinished, with only 5 of the 10~ characters having scenes though I vaguely remember that being the promise when it released? Anyway it’s fine. If you want Vampire Survivor but way less expanding content and with way higher PC requirements, it works. I got everything except the final unlock, which is Reroll at 400k enemies killed. I got everything else at 280k, farming 120k enemies is like 3-5 hours of pure grind for nothing. No thanks.

As for the game itself, each character gets a unique passive and active skill and the final character is by far the strongest. There’s a decent feel of expansion of content for the first two level completes, then it’s map completion for h scene grinding for at least 8 maps. It’s not the worst attempt at Survivors gameplay I’ve tried, but it doesn’t do anything all that special. At least it awards winning.

Edit- 2/11- Smutty Scrolls– A quick puzzle thing that just so happened to hit finished when I went to play it. It’s a tiered puzzle game where you solve a puzzle through 3 different time’s or screens to get a cg reward and each level has 6-10 different rewards to unlock. It’s the kind of game where new content can take a month plus but getting that in game takes about 1-5 minutes.

Visual Novel-

Current- Maiden’s Serenade(Route 1) + Yarimen Black Book(Extra story). I tried to read Renai 0 Kolmeter, gave up 5 minutes in. The man hating tsundere has long been the most annoying moege archetype, so opening with man hating tsundere who all evils are a fault of protag made me give up right away. No comedy is worth dealing with that.

Edit 2/18-Aheahe Moon R – Return of the Married Sailor Sluts- The vn is split into two halves, and the faces in the first half are just bad. Especially Usagi. Ruined a lot of that part. The second half is fine, though really the entire VN is just draft for the later married women VN I started this whole streak of Orcsoft titles on, and that one is better.

Ecchi-

Current- Legend of Heroes: Trails beyond the Horizon- I’m in Act 3 Van 5 at 55 hours. Also starting up qureate’s new soccer sim, about finished with the main story, a bit of cleanup that I’m not sure how that’s going to work left.

Edit- 2/11- RoguediceR Initial Release Version- Card battler with dice. Has hot women designs and nothing more. I was weirdly hyped to play this, it ended up alright. It’s in early access so I just got all the main unlocks and didn’t finish the meta progression. Getting the 3 unlockable playable characters was a pain. 3 step RNG is a terrible choice. Actual game is fine, though needs more apirational style content like unlocks beyond characters or a bestiary to fill.

Cabin by the Lake V.53d

This is an interesting idea for a game genre, it’s basically a roguelite visual novel. If that makes any sense. But not in the Hush Hush sense where it’s a dating sim with NG+ for the true end. It’s a vn with meta progression and short burst gameplay.

[Ecchi]Gal Guardians 2: Servants of the Dark

It’s been a bit since I did a lengthy post for anything, and since I like talking about genre stuff and this game has something of a mess of different -vania genre things I figured I could talk enough to have a decently lengthy post for once.

Anyway, this is a -vania game, a kind of sequel to Gal Guardians which itself is the spiritual sequel to Gal Gun Double Peace. This is more of an ecchi game then it’s predecessor, though really not by much. 1 cg versus this game’s 4-ish. The more notable thing is that other then Maya and Shinobu showing up and being a boss fight + a sidequest + a hot spring cg the game has no other connection to Gal Gun. It actually feels more similar to a Disgaea in setting.

New Year, New… Mystery? Edit: 1/29

So this was suppose to be a month of isekai games, but then I got sick and all my plans kind of don’t appeal to me when my libido is half or less of it’s normal level and I just have little energy. So I’m shifting to less cute and happy stuff to detective and mystery themed stuff. I’ll finish anything I started last month, and Trails Beyond Horizon is still going to steal half the month.

As for why mystery, I was in the mood for it anyway after a movie on New Year’s I saw with friends. So that’s why. For broader options I’m going with any game with a grand or bigger mystery, not specifically puzzle games and detective stuff only.

Edit: 1/29- January is basically over, and February is going to be a bit before it gets any new saves. I’m dropping themes for February due to the sheer amount of new releases I want to catch up on, that are all decently long + Horizon. I was going to do country side romance to justify finishing Amantsu and Aikagi, that’s being put off to maybe March. Right now February looks like Horizon for ecchi + something if it works, either Renai Kilometer or Maiden’s Serenade for VN + Ahehe Moon for nukige, I’ll waste some time on the Dragon Maid gacha thing, and Sexy Mystic Survivors for 18+(finishing Cabin and Hundred Line has made me really want to finish some old stuff I dropped.) Busy, busy.

18+ Game

Isekai Quest– This was finished as I was getting sick, so is a leftover from isekai month. It’s a match 3 with a protag who wants a harem, morals be damned. You up your stats by winning matches and using condoms as stocks to buy levels essentially. Then you hit a wall and game over at which point you can pick a death card from the death mascot animal to reset the whole world but not your stats. Repeat until you win. Some of the scenes are weirdly hidden, and the game never got truly finished. It was okay, not something I’d really recommend.

1/24- Cabin by the Lake V.53d– A roguelite vn without the random stuff? I guess that works to explain it. It’s a meta progression focused visual novel with a lot of content. And big plots on all the girls. it’s something I’ve got obsessed playing many times in the past but now that the final girl is finally getting content I decided to actually get caught up on it.

Konpoko Summer Vacation– A visual novel built in RPG Maker, it’s super short. Basically just a big tanuki and fox girl nukige. It was a thing to do, I don’t have anything to really add.

VN

Edit-1/15-Lovepical-Poppy!– Newer Smee title. I had plenty of fun with this one, it was mostly silly antics with a decent flow of events to keep things moving. I do wish the routes had events like the common route did. I thought back to how Majikoi would put another new martial arts tournament or event into each route to keep things fresh, and the common route of this did that but sadly the routes didn’t keep that energy.

Anyway, it a silly fun time. I think Miu was my first streamer heroine I’ve read, I think they did a good job with her. The balance of funny and actual emotion was usually fine, though definitely tilted towards funny.

Edit 1/29- Isekai Revitalizer + Forbidden Ward: Raunchy Recovery Plan– Two more Orcsoft titles done for January. Ward was a mind fuck with it’s true ending. I didn’t see that coming at all. Not huge fan of the protag though. The Isekai wasn’t that much better, though in an entirely different way. The gentleman pervert thing had it’s moments but he broke his own rules a bunch of times early on, even getting called on it. His holier then though feeling left a bad taste, which really didn’t mix with his random low self esteem bits. Both were fine, middle of the pack for Orcsoft titles for me.

Family Friendly/Ecchi

Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark– This will have a post soon with my thoughts on how it’s setup, but I enjoyed the ideas of it. It’s subweapon system beqs for an entire game dedicated to them, and the bones as collectibles and xp was odd but fine. Levels getting you most of your moveset is odd for a -vania but since the bones come from exploring and from drops it kind of works, I definitely get why people didn’t like it. It’s also more lewd then the first, with about 4 actually lewd cgs versus 1.

Edit: 1/18- AI: Somnium Files Series-All three current games, one save link. My simple opinions are the first game is the best story and personal favorite game design for the Somniums, 2 has Tama(a busty dark skinned S themed girl) so is the best visually and has better game feel though it also got dumbed down a decent amount so that half the Somnium’s play themselves plus the twist is kind of dumb until it gets used in another game in the franchise, the 3rd game(or 1.5 in the franchise) has the most game in it but little Tama(Iris is in a weird swimsuit though, not to my taste) and honestly a dumb story. Overall it was fun to play them. I’d give the whole series a 7/10 for different reasons for each game. Might give them a bigger write up later.

Edit 1/29- Hundred Line -Last Defense Academy- I can’t believe I actually finished this damn thing… On one hand, I’m glad this exists. Passion projects like this from industry veterans are cool. On the other hand, there’s a reason the cutting room floor exists. I don’t know how to recommend something with this many different story genre’s thrown together to anyone. It doesn’t stand out strongly in any one area, and it’s best plot moments are things you can get better or faster in the two most famous writers other works.

The biggest issue is really just how bland the characters are. By necessity of some later plot stuff, they are incredibly generic while at the same time one or two note quirky. Basically their lack of real meaty backstories makes the bonding and character focused routes feel empty. If I could read this from Takemaru’s point of view, or maybe Tsubasa or Hiroko(or Nozomi in Cult), I might not have had such an issue.Takumi though is such a wet, indecisive noodle. Of course the point of view character is the weakest in personality. I did like the rotating love interest stuff felt appropriate through the routes, and when the routes went hard into mystery or psychological stuff they were usually interesting. Could have lived with less Takumi guilt tripping, the guy just never stops his pity parade.

Anyway, the game is only ecchi in the Cult route and one cg in the Vexness route. The weird 3D model style cgs and types of swimsuit shots makes the rest of the attempts at fanservice weak. I really can’t recommend this to anyone, it’s just not a focused enough experience to be even vaguely near the top of any recommend request.
